Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique and may have slight variations. If you are unable to accept these natural imperfections, we kindly advise against purchasing!


At Wool & Whimsy, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade Nepalese wool felting bags and accessories. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

RETURNS
We DO NOT accept returns unless the product is torn or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a torn or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

REFUNDS
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
